Who We Are

‘You are what you eat’

This saying is often used with regard to nutrition but you have to look deeper than this. It also depends on how well you are breaking down the food, how efficiently you are absorbing it, the quality of the gut bacteria we are hosting, what we are feeding it on and how well our body systems are communicating. We want all these to align to allow everything to work harmoniously to allow optimal health.

I talk you through the science and give you the tools to help you experience how food can improve your well - being, health and vitality.
I am there to support you to create long term, sustainable lifestyle habits.

As a registered nutritional therapist and health coach, this is what I do.

I am here to help you reach your health goals. Functional testing and supplementation are also part of my toolbox for areas that require more focus. I am committed to helping you, so I need you to be ready to commit too.

Changing your food habits is not about deprivation it’s about doing the right thing most of the time, so when life occasionally gets in the way your body has the resilience to cope. You cant drive a car at 100 mph all the time and not expect the wheels to fall off.

Take away our money and possessions and we still have our body, it still carries us around and looks after us so we owe it some respect, love and care. One way we can do this is by giving it the right fuel.

Sorry to rant on, but I get pretty passionate about this kind of stuff.  If you want help on how to make healthier food choices to attain optimal health I would love to hear from you. We can then see if we are the right fit to work together to achieve your health goals.

"I went to see Lianne for advice on how to address my high cholesterol through nutrition.

Lianne was very thorough and explanatory with her advice but in an easy to digest manner. She explained what foods I should be eating but more importantly in what combinations and how to eat them. The use of a food diary was particularly helpful along with her on going support as this helped me make the necessary changes to my diet and lifestyle in what at first seemed an overwhelming task.

As an unexpected bonus I lost a stone of excess weight, significantly decreased my aches, pains, lethargy and generally felt overall healthier and 10 years younger.

I would thoroughly recommend Lianne especially if you are sceptical like I was, with too much conflicting information from the internet, fad diets and media sources.

The best results I’ve had in years. Truly a one-stop shop for a healthier wellbeing."
