Leigh on Sea is a bustling, busy town with a variety of different shops, restaurants and cafe's ( some of which are quite health conscious). There is a post office, library, bookshop and health food shop amongst many others. So if you have time before or after your appointment it is a nice place to have a look around.
Just a word on parking. If your appointment is an early one you may be able to park on the street, if not there is a large car park opposite the clinic (behind the police station). If you have the MOBON app check out the details in the photo gallery.
