Experience tells me that the best way to get results is by working with clients for a longer period of time (usually three months or longer). If you’re looking for a one-off consultation to see if you want to work with me then that is fine too, but please be mindful that it takes a little time to create healthy habits around food to enable them to become long term, sustainable, lifestyle choices, which I am hoping will be one of your goals. Call, email or set up a 'First Step Nutrition call' where we can have a chat about your health goals.

If you would like to go ahead we will set up a consultation date, I will then send you a clinic questionnaire for you to return to me before we meet so we then have more time at our appointment to discuss your goals.

The first consultation is an hour and will include goal setting. Discussing the science behind the recommendations. Negotiating your new eating plan so that it is realistic to your lifestyle, is enjoyable and achievable.

I can see people on a monthly basis, which is a good amount of time to allow them to make changes. However many people prefer more support to get them started ( 2 weekly or weekly). Support calls between appointments are also available.

Follow up appointments are 45 minutes and allows time to monitor progress, address any further concerns, provide additional support, coaching tools to get you through any barriers you may have encountered, tweak goals, look at any other areas that can support your health.
